I am not an expert. But I can tell you that this is no older than the 1950s; however, it may be from the 1950s. (I just know that the appearance of the brand name and the “Made in London England” stamp both indicate a pipe of post-1950 origin.)
From your photos, I can’t read the shape number; if you can, I’d search for “Comoy’s pipe” and that shape number and see what you can find out. But the stem is unusually long for a Canadian, which, if original, should help you zero in on the right information.
Finally, I wouldn’t assume that the “10/180” indicates a numbered, limited edition. It may. But it may also mean something else. (But maybe a real Comoy’s expert would know why 180 might be a meaningful number for the pipe brand and represent something worth commemorating.)
