All I can say is wow! Not only is the restoration amazing but the fact that you could see the potential for this pipe and rescued it. Way to go!
Many would have trashed that pipe or others in similar condition. I hate to think about the number of old pipes that have been trashed because someone could not see past the crud and minor damage or does not know how to restore a pipe in such condition.
Luckily, Dave is one of those who can see whats underneath AND knows how to bring them back.
Dave,99% of Commodores will have a shape number. For some reason they are the only line that Sparta made sure had a number. I've only seen one that didn't have a number.
