This type of news is sooooo annoying! It is interesting that the opening photo is of a pipe smoker though.

I like this quote on page 2:
"This isn't a health issue anymore. It's a moral issue," she says. "There's absolutely zero reason for a smoking ban outdoors. They use it as a tool. Harm from smoke outdoors is an excuse to frustrate smokers into quitting because they can't find a place to light up."
Silk says it's not the place of schools to enforce health issues.
"Schools are a business," she says. "Who assigned them the role of behavior modification? It's their responsibility to educate. What they're doing is indoctrinating."
Here's the article:

Colleges move toward absolute bans on smoking

I don't know, that guy looks pretty evil too me!! I mean, come on, those beady eyes, the wreaths of smoke and fire that can only remind one of Lucifer's descent into hell.

I find it funny how in Wisconsin I can legally carry a gun more places then I can smoke. I thinks guns can kill a lot quicker and more efficiently then a little smoke. Sorry to the gun enthusiasts. I don't mind guns just a funny observation.

I think that can be said for most states now, unfortunately.

The picture looks like he is lighting the index finger on his left hand. That has me worried.

These outdoor smoking bans are crazy! Standford University did a study a few years back showing that for a person to be impacted by smoke in an outdoor setting; they would need to be within 16 inches, down-wind and inhaling the smoke.
I don't know anyone that gets that close to someone unless they're your significant other, and besides that if you don't want to inhale the smoke then don't stand next to the person. Its pretty simple actually. I'm pretty sure if someone is walking or jogging in the park and goes past a person sitting on a park bench smoking they're not going to be impacted at all when they go past.
