Hi all, I'm looking for a new experience. I'm in the mood to try a coffee blend and a chocolate blend. Or even the two put together. I'm not really looking for a very subtle flavor, more of something a bit heavier in flavor. And preferably of higher quality. Any recommendations?

A 50/50 ratio?
Choco is heavier than coffee...coffee can come off as nutty. Out of 20 parts I would use 2 to 3 parts of Choco Supreme and only 1 to 2 parts of the Choco mousse and the rest coffee. Mousse is stronger than the supreme. I use 20 parts in my own blends as a guide and none of my blends using chocolate with other flavors has more than 3 parts out of 20. I think about blends in terms of 20 rather than percentages.
