If you have cool stuff... it's not hoarding.Clutter is probably a lesser version of the hoarding disorder that comes with a terrible insecurity about letting go of of possessions, basically anything that come through your hands. Vast stacks of newspapers and/or magazines is an overt version of this, such that people move through narrow tunnels in their homes between stacks of reading material they will never read again, on the certainly that they will. What is merely random is equated with beloved possessions.
