Clenching and Dribbling

Some smoke wet and others smoke dry. Some can clench and others? Well. they just have to take the pipe out of the mouth now and then to swallow or spit. You'll just have to cope.

Man, that word "cope" triggers alot of people today.

I wouldn’t admit to drooling, or dribbling. Next thing you know you’ll be living in a place where the highlight of the day will be when they change diapers.

The Peterson System Pipe was invented for that reason, if your salvaging your a wet smoker like me, saying that I don't always smoke my Petersons but always have the bowl higher that the tip of the mouthpiece.

I am also a 'wet smoker'. I just got used to taking the pipe out and swallowing when necessary. Just like relights, it ain't no big deal once you get over the idea of it. Your grandpappy likely had to do the same!

I'm the same a Doc. Wet smoker, always have been. As most of my pipes have some sort of bend to them, so they're more likely to get drool down them, so I just make it a point to swallow more frequently. Over time you learn to manage it.
