The Kriswill 31. Something about it...it handles the John Cotton's mixtures perfectly.
As for the finger, it didn't hurt much until it was operated on. Looks damned awful, though!

Yikes on the finger. You'll have a he fancy pinky finger lift while smoking your pipes, ha ha.

I asked if they could just cast the pinky at an appropriate angle, so that I'd never have to remember to keep it erect when when the Queen was about.

Most were in the $35 neighborhood. A few cost more, but I like the challenge of finding a beautiful, good-smoking pipe on the cheap. I think that they were all under $100.
