Done for now... instructions ask for 3 layers of coat with sanding in between.. but will give it max one more next week.

I love it! And definitly just a protective coat and keep it as is. Lovely bar table so to speak

Perhaps a bit risky, might not the Murphy's smudge the ink stamps atop the barrel?
