One of my favorite clays. Perfect for smoking Molto Dolce. She's a little bit of a challenge to make, but she's press molded using a circa 1900 pipe mold. The tip I glaze with a red, "dinnerware safe" glazing. The stem hole is a bit small (you have to use about a 16 ga. wire with this mold, but it does seem to allow a decent draw and certainly prevents you from smoking too fast. Not a long smoke, but an enjoyable one nevertheless.
