I can't say they do that for all their cutters. But they did it for mine. I had to register online, and when I need repairs, I send out a referral and mail it to them. Now, I will be honest: I haven't had to do that yet. I smoke cigars intermittently, so a decent cutter for me can last a long time before it needs attention. But I've had others at the cigar shop tell me they got their cutter taken care of and it was mailed back to them in about 2-3 weeks time. The price itself on the cutter was also fair, which is a plus.
