I just finished reading "The Company" (Robert Littleton), great book about the CIA spanning the late 40's to the 1990's. Several of the characters are pipe smokers, but they never mention the radio pipe. We have "The Spy Museum" here in DC. It's supposed to be very good. Everytime we go to DC (not that often), the line is so long we bail.

A lot of fascinating things to see in DC.
The online exhibits are an interesting stroll, and there are no lines.

FYI, the screen shot resolution doesn’t show it clearly but the stamping reads:
Algerian Briar
France

I wonder who turned the custom stem for this project?

Based on the title, I wasn't sure if the pipe was concealed, or the radio was concealed. I was picturing a radio with a hidden pipe. "Crxhshshs Roger that! (Puff puff) I'm on it!"
