I have a Peterson D17 Rustic but I don't really like it. Never tastes great. maybe because I'm used to 9mm filtered and the CW isn't.
Saying that, I haven't smoked it more than about three times so maybe I've bot given it a chance. tried it again tonight with some Solani age Burley flake. Probably the the best I've smoked in it so far but still not as good as my other pipes. I'll persevere.

I have that exact pipe.
I burn Aromatics in mine because of the bowl size. I like the smaller warden’s specifically for taste.
I have an Upshall that I smoke nothing but Nightcap in as well for a quick lat bomb pipe due to bowl size.
I guess I use most of mine like a clay tasting pipe or for a seriously heavy aro as a desert tobacco pipe so to speak.

I have a Nording Churchwarden. It smokes wonderfully. There's only one Churchwarden in my small and humble collection but I will be adding more as it is turning into my favorite to smoke. I need to run a pipe cleaner down the stem a couple of times to complete a bowl gurgle free but I don't care about that. The way it delivers the flavour into my mouth supercedes any shortcomings or nuisances.

I own a few and much value them.
They provide a somewhat cooler smoke and look classy . Very comfortable when reading.
My wife occasionally smokes one because of the cooler and dryer smoke. .
Looks sexy with her :)

Savinelli made a plain bowl CW only labeled Aged briar that I really wish I still had. I believe it was a #313.

I love my long stem and churchwarden pipes. I don't post them often because, like when I get into a restoration, I'm too focused on the pipe to take photos.
From top to bottom: Mystery meer with a new acrylic stem, Neerup, Mystery carved dog with new acrylic stem, Butz Choquin, Mario Armellini, Il Ceppo. The BC is 16.75 inches and breaks down into 5 parts.
