I hate it when hard-&-fast rules bind me in. But for once I'll play honest -- SWRA. It wouldn't be my first or even third choice in an even *1/4*-ideal world, but if you're going to chain me to one single, an OTC, & no other, that'd be it.

If Sir Walter were the only option, I'd ask for the Aromatic -- burley base, Virginia as a condiment, and flavored with three liqueurs. It may be over-the-counter, but it is a premium blend. It is the most high-tone tub tobacco I know.

Yes CH and SWA are both nice blends, unfortunately, Granger only sells in Tubs so here across the ponder it is more problematic blend to acquire (You know, big tubs in the mail may attract unnecessary interest,,)
