Great food
DongPo Rou is one of my favourite “comfort” foods

Here is one as prepared by a friend
Along with a poached free-range cockerel (wonderful flavour and slightly chewy texture).
And a Teochew smoked duck (braised in soy and spices/herbs prior to smoking)
