Kevin have you opened up a restaurant on the quiet and not told us since you been posting an awful lot of 'food porn' recently. I just put on weight looking at these posts. The peppers with garlic make the dish and I assume you made your own tomato base?

All homemade. The funny thing is I've been running a restaurant review and recipe site for four years, and just this year started taking culinary courses, and forgot that I had a food section here since day one.... until just recently.

That looks pretty wonderful. A recipe would be appreciated. My wife is an avid cook and spent a summer or two with a master chef at an Italian restaurant in Queens, NYC, but at their summer home in Italy, so could probably do a fine rendition of that dish. When in Queens, NYC, try Manducatis, which in Greek means "we have eaten," but in modern usage means, "let's eat." Victor manages and Ida cooks. I'll give my wife your link.
