How did I miss this thread yesterday? Anyway, I'm glad you're OK and that McDonald's will get a new front window. Makes me wonder though, at what point should the elderly person at fault decide it's time to hang up the keys and let someone else cart them around? This seems to happen quite often.

alot of that happening here in canada also- older people saying they mistook the gas pedal for the brake.Makes u wonder if there should not be some sort of competiency test for drivers once they reach a certain age. Lot of deaths attributed to these kind of accidents lately
