I went 50%. It's a bit off size-wise on the shank to stem transition and seems a bit on the thick side. However it looks pretty dang close.

That's one of their double comfort stems.

Just a nit-picking guess ......but it looks like the stem/shank were probably sanded/polished separately. Circumferential edges at both shank/stem interface are rounded off.

The "tell"....
The highlight, running along both the stem and shank should be continual and not broken at the stem/shank joint.

Like I mentioned.....just a nit picking observation.

Ha! Just noticed the title of the thread. It's been a long day. DC stands for Double Comfort stem, so it's likely original.
Interesting factoid. One of the names on the patent for this design is Williamson Barling, who was General Manger of Barling before being hired at Charatan.

Compare the button to another one. It looks rather pronounced. But all the rest looks good.

Looks like a classic Charatan denture-saving Double Comfort bit to me.
