I have dealt with them for the purchase of an unsmoked estate pipe. They were awesome and shipped super fast.
As to their own creations, in my opinion, the fit and finish seems.. Not great. Also, their shapes are very hit or miss. That said, I've seen some past pipes on reviews and some look great. Hit or miss seems to apply.
To deal with though, - flawless.

I was recently in the area of Chambersburg and found a case of unsmoked pipes at an antique store. I asked to look at them and had the opportunity to handle each. They were priced around the 15-35$ mark but in every single one the drilling was very off and the fit left lots to be desired. I wonder if these are seconds or apprenticeship pipes from JM Boswell's shop.
