Cellaring - Where to begin

There was a really good episode of the radio show about this recently.
I think the biggest takeaway from the episode was that Shane said he wished he would have bought more of what he knew he liked instead of buying more of tins he kinda liked.
I'm actually just now getting into cellaring/aging blends. I found a few bulk blends that I really like which I've stocked up on a pound at a time. Jar them up in mason jars 4oz at a shot. I might have one now and then shove the other three to the back of the storage, so they get more age on them. As far as tins go I store those up in boxes in my closet away from my pipe cabinet. I tend to forget about them for some time, so it's easier to age it. Out of sight out of mind if you will.
