Never fucking mind, I'll just go back to not posting outside of WAYS.

The first dozen or so post on every thread on this forum is people convincing you that you are wrong. Don’t sweat it. There are greener pastures.

If you find something for cellar organization. i’d love to hear about it. I struggle with this myself.

@sardonicus87 This is probably a crazy idea but I guess one could take a quick phone photo of every blend. Put it in Adobe bridge which is a free photo catalogue system. Then in the data portion you could put how much you have. Its a searchable visual catalogue. It would take work but it could be slick.

As it happened I just went through all the cardboard boxes in the cellar where I store my tins and jars in.
While I sincerely appreciate all your elaborations I'm a dinosaur and always print the original orders/invoices and add them to the boxes with a little note on the box top. Jars are labelled with all relevant info. So f..k Cellar Tracking, this works fine for me rotf
The doorbell now rings, will hopefully be my long awaited ( 05/19 ) order from 4noggins. Have to dash.

Yeah, I already said why I don't want to do a spreadsheet. Aside from entering the data being inefficient for each entry, searchability is also less than what you can do with a database.
Ctrl+F to search my dude, I have 300 blends I wouldn't use an excel type spreadsheet if it was inefficient.

Sounds more like you’re just not proficient with the program, its ok to learn new things. Just saying.
