20 yrs ago Drs at MD Anderson cancer hospital in Texas said go home and make out a will. That year my first Grandson was born. Today he's 20, bought him a cake, brought it to his Dorm as he is attending College in Lafayette La, home of the rageing Cajuns.Wife asked if I wanted to go play Bingo tonight, passed on it, smoked on the Porch reflecting until dark how lucky I am. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

Congrats Bradley. Most of us only know you from your photos and posts here on the forum. As much as we're happy to have you around, I'm certain your family is even more so.

Went to visit a buddy yesterday that is in the hospital after a quad bypass, pulmonary embolism that caused him to code 5 times after the bypass and now he has MRSA where the wire/staples/stitches/tape broke loose in his chest from resuscitation. He's a good ole boy from NOLA and like we said at the same time "You can't kill bad grass".
Congrats on your new cake day!

Well either those doctors weren't very good, or you're one hell of a fighter. I'd guess the ladder. Congrats on the 20+ extra years.
My Grandma had stomach cancer and was given 6 months to live and she lived another 33 years. Here doctor always called her a miracle. The doctor removed her stomach, and made a pouch out of part of her large intestine. She was a crazy stubborn woman and was always a fighter.
