After admiring a friend's older Sea Rock at a meal following his tour of the Castello works, Franco Coppo (the present head of Castello), handed it back saying "Of course, we all know the roughs smoke better than the smooths."
I still get excited when I see a nice Castello,Sea Rocks included.
