Pasta ordered! Looks like it’s pretty popular right now so a little delay on manufacturing and shipping but I’d say it looks worth the wait. 4 pack and limited to that - it’s like ordering tobacco, lol.

It's really good fresh, and soaks up the sauce.

Reheated leftovers are a little mushy from soaking up a lot of sauce, so keep that in mind.

Pasta showed up this week! Had it tonight. Mixed in a little Parmesan and substituted hard cider for the beer - pasta is very substantial and filling, sauce was tasty! Some leftover Riesling was a little too much for this (we aren’t wine people so who knows) but we sucked it down and then ice water paired the best.
