Well here comes the question everyone asks at one point or another.
I just bought a tin of Cherrybomb from the local B&M because I wanted to find another good cherry flavor other then that local B&Ms bulk bag. When I got home and opened it I was greeted by the nice smell everyone describes but then I was rather shocked to see the tobacco was EXTREMELY dry. It's really to the point that I think sand in Arizona has a higher moisture content. This is my first tinned tobacco purchase and every thing else I have bought is a bulk baggie, all of those have had some moisture and springy feeling to them. While the Cherrybomb feels like packing sand in my pipe the flavor was not there at all and it wasn't enjoyable.
I've read up on re-hydrating tobacco and do keep cigars and a humidor (smaller desk one) so I have humidor solution sitting about. Is this tin worth trying to save or am I better off not even bothering? Some describe a loss of flavor etc when re-hydrating and I am curious as to how severe that loss is.
