Hello fellow BOTL’s.
I joined the board a few years ago, thinking I was going to get back into pipes, but didn’t. My bad.
I am a seasoned vet to cigars. Been smoking since ‘09, about the time I slowed down with pipes.
I am wanting to get back into the swing of it again, as I know I am missing out on some different experiences.
I am hoping to start cracking some stuff that has been cellared since back then and find out that I was an idiot for leaving. Time to clean up the pipes, grab a bowl and dive in. The nice thing is that there are a few awesome brothers here in town who also smoke pipes, so I will have company.
As winter hits in ‘Berta here, it obviously becomes harder to find the time, but the heated garage works.
I am excited to learn and contribute, where I can here. I have snooped around and it seems there are a bunch of great people with knowledge on here. Nothing better than a veteran crowd who help the noobs.
Glad to be here.

Welcome back, fellow Canuck! That heated garage sounds like it will come in clutch as winter rolls around, especially that Alberta winter. What pipes and tobaccos do you have on hand already?

Hello and welcome from West Virginia. I am sure you will once again enjoy the variety of blends and flavors. Is the price of pipe tobacco still cheaper than cigars in Alberta? Welcome aboard!
