I usually have to remove the stem on my bent pipes to get the cleaner through the shank and into the bowl. That's another added bonus to the straight billiards. Hope your wife doesn't see this title lol.

I would hope so...if there is a person complaining of cleaning issues that is not separating out the pipe should be smacked'

BTW-I do remove the stem.
