Then you should really add Blatter and Blatter to your list! One of the oldest pipe maker around, since 1907. Their website is a bit old school and you need to call to order a pipe but they make good classically shaped pipes. Really well made and Really cheap for the quality you get!

Do they make their own stummels? The price on the site (cat - http://www.blatterpipes.com/cat.htm) seems really good, especially since it's (presumably) in CAD. Also, do you think they would make any of their pipes with shorter stems upon request?
Cats Paw pipes were made by a husband & wife team in SK limited production and on the pricey side. Don’t know if still made as the web page seems inactive. Example photo attached from my collection.

Blatters were making the stummels when I was there ten years ago, but the stems are a pretty cheap pre-mold affair with a bit of polishing. They are ... average pipes.
That’s good to know. Looking at some of the shapes that they offer, the stummels looks like they could be the same ones the Molina and Morgan Bones use.

I am a big Vesz fan. I have 5 of his pipes in my collection and for me, they equal any made by anyone. Yes he makes $3,000 pipes but he also makes $200 pipes that smoke great.
Also have 2 Vesz, nice lite weight, excellent workmanship. This Frenchy is a little low on personality but maybe it’s the high overhead for a shop in the Royal York Hotel ?
