Can you ID this pipe?

Ok i have a few more. First this one only has the word Italy on the back how ever it has a metal piece in the stem. What can you tell me about it.

Ok this one has the letters EP on the metal of the stem and something else i can't make out. MV with a crow on the stem.

I also have a Ben Wade that the stem has broken off into it. Any ideas how to get it out without messing up the pipe.
