I think that is a very close match. The finish in the photo looks a bit more of a matt finish and not so glossy, but the silver band is right. I am thinking I need a pipe like this at some point! Thanks!

Does sort of look like the Savinelli mark on the top of the stem.

I agree. That ring Looks like Savinelli. Here is my Sav Trevi 320KS.
It might an adorned Rossi which is a Savinelli 2nd if I'm not mistaken.
