Found at a flea market. It was colored beautifully and well smoked it seems. The only markings on it seems to signify it’s an Algerian meerschaum. There is a stamp of DO on the silver band as well.

Found at a flea market. It was colored beautifully and well smoked it seems. The only markings on it seems to signify it’s an Algerian meerschaum. There is a stamp of DO on the silver band as well.
Nice swan's neck meer. French from the spelling of Algerian and likely late 19th century to very early 20th century from the style of the sterling work.
