I'm sorry for your loss. We're all here if you need to talk.
I can't imagine life without my Dad. He's one of the few people that can call me up at midnight (when he knows I'm asleep!) just to shoot the breeze and I'll pick up the phone every time. He gets talkative when he gets tipsy.
Now that I'm a 5 minute walk away, I imagine he'll be showing up on my front porch after dark to tell me about how he fixed his computer monitor and to complain about his boss's voice.

My condolences on the loss of your Father, Having lost both my parents to the dreaded C word, I know firsthand how important it is to let folks know that you care for them, Im glad that you had that opportunity.
