C&D’s Palmetto Balkan

I bought four 8-ounce tins of Palmetto Balkan from two sites upon its release this week.. My plan is to smoke one throughout the summer and cellar the other three. I love that they are individually numbered.

My initial impressions are that it was a bit dry out of the tin but ready to smoke. It was good but not particularly interesting or flavorful. I expect that like most Balkan blends, it will greatly improve with age.

I purchased one. I still have 1 of the previous batch to taste sometime first...
There are so many good tobaccos available to us.

Somehow the terms "Palmetto" and "Balkan" just don't go together.

Was the purchase(s) divided between the two sites out of necessity, due to an imposed limit/restriction, or by preference?

I got this year and popped the 22. I smoked it all weekend. It's going to enjoy some fresh air and I will continue to enjoy it as it ages open.

Woah they brought this back? Glad I got 2 of the OG , if I like it. Good to know it will come back around once in a while. Hear so much about it , now I'll have to crack one sooner than later.
