As to reliability, I don't think you can beat an Old Boy.

As to windy conditions, there are better options. but up to 7-8 knots or a bit more, with some shielding you can do just fine with one.

Well, I guess, I am yet to learn that special shielding technique. The lever with the cap quite often seems to come in the way of my thumb, so that ,more often than not, by the time I form a shield the striker wheel needs to be rolled again. 😂
