Burley lovers, looking for recommendations

My .02 on Burley. That's really excluding VaBur or other VA heavy blends with Burley- which is a whole other conversation to me.

Just because it hasn’t been mentioned already: Two timer.

Also if you are partial to Danish style blends, Macbaren golden extra and amphora burley are enjoyable. I predominantly used them as a cavendish component mixed with c&d stuff

Someone really has to second this recommendation for D&R Two Timer!!!

Don't turn your nose up, but prince Albert is pretty dang good. Especially in the morning with coffee. I like it enough to have a pipe dedicated to it, a Sav 207 is perfect for PA.

my go to burley is Prince Albert. It's what my grandfather smoked so I may be biased. I smoke it every morning on my way into work. The nutty flavor goes great with black coffee. For a more upscale burley I enjoy Mac Baren Burley Flake.

I'll second D&R's Two Timer twice toasted burleys. Also OHM's Red, burley with Turkish. And Granger's a fine old fashioned Kentucky rough cut with molasses and anisette.

Two Timer is made by Daughters & Ryan. It's a very good blend.

My daily smoke is a 50:50 blend of C&D’s Big “n” burley and their chopped cigar leaf. I call it Big and burley like Arnold. Spicy, nutty, and smokey.
