We got a tip from an old brisket cooker man, after all seasonings are done you rub it with Lipton dry onion soup mix, makes all the difference in the world.

Nice job! I also use leftover "smoked" brisket to make chili with. There's nothing better!

Yep, beef tenderloin for Xmas Eve and leftovers are awesome for sandwiches and chili. Brisket is heavenly when done right!
