And you're more than welcome to purchase such a pipe, but not for me. That, and aside from the obvious fact, that one should not be concerned about the need to smoke a 'few' bowls to get rid of any stain in a bowl when it should not be there in the first place. It all amounts to plain and simple shoddy money saving workmanship, but that's just my personal opinion be it a Peterson or any other pipe. As for pre-carbonized bowls that really doesn't concern me all that much albeit I think it's total BS and doesn't mean squat.
