They tend to run on the large side, and that’s the draw for me, especially since I have larger hands.

Not exactly what I would call refined shape wise, but they are utilitarian and functional. I think that’s what the carver is going for.

Excellent smoking quality. And rather comparatively inexpensive.

My new Boswell pipe arrived yesterday. It is a medium pot shape with thick chamber walls (shape is a bit like an old Barling I have). Pipe has a slight bend to the stem, is light and the finish is a combination rustic/smooth. A very nice pipe for the money, and my first bowl was tasty!
