I know this is made by KB&B, the same folks who made Kaywoodies. And I know it's old. Can anyone tell me anything else? Particularly, what is value might be?

Nice pipe and in very good condition for its age.

Unfortunately the value of estate pipes fluctuates quite a bit depending on how strong the interest is in a brand at a given time.
