Well guys i have a confession to make here. I have not smoked BR whiskey mixture for a while now, i have been smoking tobacs of higher quality for some time. I have been smoking a pipe for 40+ years. I have smoked many different types and blends over the years. I really do enjoy good pipe tobaccos both tin and bulk types. But i have to say this, i purchased a can of the new BR Whiskey Mixtue ~ 3 weeks ago and i really enjoy this stuff. I have smoked BR whiskey for over 30 years and have seen this tobacco change 3 times. The new cut and aroma are what i remember some 30 years back. What confuses me here is the description of the mixture. Now they describe it as having 35% Black Cavendish, 65% Virginia with Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey added. For years it was describe as a mix of Burley and Virginia flavored with Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey. What gets me here is the description of Black Cavendish. Iam not real crazy about black cavendish, but i like this new mixture. Do you guys have any opinions on my thoughts? I might be crazy here. I know i will continue to smoke this stuff for many years to come. I welcome any comments you guys may have. I respect everyone here on our forum.
