Bonfiglioli Visit?

Anyone here visited Sr. Bonfiglioli in Bologna? I've read that he is a kindly gent who appreciates visitors. Was wondering if anyone had visited and bought a pipe when there. I guess my question is, b/c he is a small shop, if he has a good selection or if I need to order something ahead of time.

Sally “The Pipe Tart” has been to see him; look her up at her website. I have one of his pipes, excellent smoked.

I've only seen a photo of him, but he looks animated and cheerful, like he'd have good stories to tell. I don't know if he speaks English or only Italian.
