Blending With Candela

Has anyone here tried to shred and blend candela leaf before? I’m curious to know how how it turned out.

I know you can buy cigar leaf to blend with but I was thinking of purchasing some individual whole leaf and processing it as an experiment. Who knows, Halloween is coming up so maybe I’ll create a Frankenstein monster

I don't know. I used to smoke cigars for 20 years though and I like Candela. I wish I could find a pipe tobacco with it in it. Even with cigars they don't make many Candela cigars. It's usually used as a gimmick for St. Patrick's day, or to make a cigar look pretty with a cap or a barber pole. If you do let us know how it turns out.

For sure, I know they are mild but I wonder if the mildness and slight green taste could be an interesting effect.
