Bleeding A Peterson Lighter

Hey all, was wondering what tool you guys use to bleed your butane lighters. Sounds like a silly question, but with the price of these babies, I was wondering if some tools are better than others. I saw in a forum search that someone recommended the Xikar Tune Up Tool. Can’t seem to find them in Canada without paying twice the price in shipping.

I use the flathead screwdriver housed in the corkscrew of one of my Swiss Army knives

I’ve got a pipe tool I with a long slender “pick” that is perfect -otherwise a very small screwdriver works just fine. It’s just poking something in there that works - nothing expensive here.

I usually just use a pick from one of my tampers. I'm not sure if the Peterson old boy has the built in tamp like the Corona does, but that would work too probably

I bleed my Peterson lighter with a tip of a thick wooden match.
I feel uncomfortable to mess with the fragile nipple with any metal tool.
The match works perfectly for this purpose.
