I remember posting a comment on one of my threads, or it could be a even a dedicated thread, seeking advice for my sore tongue, and, lately, my dry nose. Your suggestions were Biotene and saline respectively...

Well, thank you guys!

My tongue is really getting better, and I bought 'PHYSIOMER' saline spray with saltwater, which is helpful too!

Anyone with the same problems, can benefit from these tested and highly recommended 'solution' solutions! (albeit these are not substitute professional advice!)

Thanks again!

Smoke responsibly!

For sore, chapped noses, I only use AYR NASAL GEL, now with Soothing Aloe! [/old-time-radio-announcer-voice] LOL!

Seriously though, that stuff works great, so if you get a chance, check it out.

it really helps, but is a bit pricey!

Ain't that the truth! For that matter, so is the Ayr Nasal Gel, but both work really well, and I'd gladly pay more for something that I know will work than less for something that won't.

I don't have a problem with dry nose but for a rinse I use Biotene and hydrogen peroxide mixed with water. Works a treat. Biotene before brushing, peroxide afterwards
