Big Joe Pipe

My daughter bought me a Estate pipe the marking says "BIG JOE" one side and "Imported Briar" on the other. I do not have any picture yet but will post them when I do. It is a huge Lovat. I did some looking on Pipedia and Pipephil and could not find any information on the pipe. Has anyone heard of this brand?

Just for sport, I'm guessing it's from one of the larger U.S. factory pipe makers. Yet another instance where a bit of extra stamping would have spared the mystery ... if that's a good thing.

No info on the "Big Joe", but I like the look of that thing. Stubby pipes with a full-size bowl are one of my favorites. Looks like it'll clean up really well.

Kinda looks like a no name that someone had the maker "personalize" with their nickname.
