So where did you find it?

Throw it against a stone wall. If it breaks it is clay.

The stem will be cleaned and deoxidized as per normal, but if the bowl is truly clay, you should be able to "Bake clean it"

I'd say either a Peterson or an Italian make. From there I am stumped. It will be interesting to see it cleaned up. Great find!
