I have ordered a bunch of times from pipes & cigars without a problem. They did an exchange no questions asked for a peterson that broke when i took it apart (before i was aware of the freezer trick). Their website isnt that user friendly - doesnt easily show you whats out of stock particularly with pipes and their pipe selection isnt very good. But they have a good tobacco selection
