"Where are you located that P&C won't ship to."

"Off of their checkout page;

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the United States."

"Washington state"
Got a good laugh out of this.
The first of many, I predict, liberal-nanny states to wall off the state from mail-order tobacco.

Then it will be grow your own time. Michael will be getting a ton of emails
I think it is a scream that some of the states who are throwing such a fit about tobacco are so ambivalent about Mary Jane.

@okiescout I have been really intense on researching the growing of my own tobacco. I have been following cosmics thread and have read it like 4 times writing notes and what not. I think thats where we as world are headed. Everyone for themselves, if you dont farm you are screwed.

+1 on the bulk
Just order 1 oz of several different types and see what you like.
As far as being in Washington your screwed. I'm partially screwed in NY with a 75% tax but luckily I can still order from out of state.

@fitzy luckily some companies are sticking it to the man and still shipping out here, but P&C likes to follow the rules.. I wish they didn't though cause I would love to be gifted the Pipe Club membership. I think it would be a great way to try different tobaccos.

I hate to buy online, so I don't.
Find a local B&M store and see what bulk they have. I have one shop that has 16 in house blends.
They are cheaper than even the drug store blends.
You can buy as little as one ounce to sample, then stock what you like.
Their most popular blend (I asked them) to me is a knock off of Captain Black. Its not that popular with

me BTW.

You will find that most in house bulk blends are a knock off of some other common blends.
Bonus:
I kind of got to know some of the folks there. He had a mild English blend called "Fox and Hound" (I think).

It had been given to him as a sample some time ago, but wasn't moving. He didn't even have a place on the

shelf for it. He cut me a great deal, about a $1/ounce. Its mild enough even I can somewhat enjoy it. :)
And its great trading fotter with my BIL, he will smoke anything...
