Thus far, this game has represented an assault on all things tried-and-true. First they came for the Lanes and I said nothing. Mostly because that shit sucks. But now they're coming for actual good classics like Capstan Blue and Escudo and Orlik GS and I must say... for shame!

The patriot in me is proud, however. American blending houses are really cleaning up in this game. GLP, Cornell & Diehl, and Sutliff blends have accumulated a combined 24 extra hit points so far with only two blends (Geometrie and The Old Boss) falling below the initial 10-point threshold.

1792 still holds a commanding lead, though. So far, if this blend has a theme song, it's "Can't Touch This" by the incomparable MC Hammer.
