Hey, I didn't vote against Pegasus, a bunch of other people did.
We lost two blends over the last day. One of them nobody seems to give a shit about. The other is Pegasus, a C&D callback to the blends of old, when Burley played a leading role and tastes were nutty and flavorful. It's a glorious blend... or so I've heard. I've never tried it.
For the second time in as many years, this noble steed has fallen at the behest of the masses. Both times, the fight was rampant and the struggle was real. But both times, the horse was put down. The next time you whip out a bottle of Elmer's, look to the skies and thank Pegasus for what he's gifted you. He couldn't win you the game, but he can grant you an elementary adhesive like nobody's business.
In other news, Cringle Flake has taken a decisive - if narrow - lead over the other blends in the game. It now stands atop the hill, drinking milk, eating cookies, and taunting the ho ho ho's below it. Will this trend continue, or will this blend soon be sleighn? Only time will tell.
Oh, and Shepherd's Pie is down to a single hit point. I've never tried that one either, but it's mostly because I prefer to keep my tobaccos and my mashed potatoes in wholly separate spheres.
