We lost two blends today. One, Bipolar Express, was controversial 'round these parts and at least two forum threads got locked in the dispute. I wish the votes would've been equally rabble rousing, but that wasn't to be the case. Instead, this blend slipped out of sight with nary a fight
I find it ironic how people are up in arms calling people snowflakes and cancel culture etc but a pipe blend name is where the buck stops. Yes I have bi polar disorder, my brother has it and has been hospitalized. It's just not something I take offense to for a name. I'm sure if ken Byron had released it, it would be seen as a genius name representing the characters of the blend, to the applause of the pipe community and instant sellouts to be seen on the secondary market at obscene markups because it used the now extinct sutliff tobacco that is now holy yet nobody really bought. Frosty mint rip. I'll never forget you.
(Bipolar- adjective
having or relating to two poles or extremities.
"a sharply bipolar division of affluent and underclass")
Sorry there's mental conditions and you may no someone with one. I know several people too. I've worked in psych. Lighten up people .
